short as you like and there is no time limits.

We ship using Royal Mail throughout the UK and offer 1st class (£4.99)
and 2nd class (£3.99) shipping.

We have several options to send a personalised gift. We have
each pouch able to come with your own photo on and one of our
many frames, suitable for different occasions or we do our
customisable jars which come in two different sizes and three
different colours with the choice of your own text on it.

We have four different pouch sizes available to purchase.

– Snack Pouch which is 5 fillings = 250g pouch

– Mega Share Pouch, which is 20 fillings = 1000g pouch / 1KG

– Ultimate Pouch, which is 35 fillings = 1750g pouch / 1.75KG

Every order we ship is tracked. You will receive the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately not, it is only one code per order and certain codes do have conditions that have to be met before being applied.

Some codes do not work on seasonal and discounted items.

You can also not use Sweetzy points and codes together.

Here at Sweetzy we do our best to ensure the products you receive are of the same standard as you ordered.  However, we understand that there are some occasions where this may not happen, such as an error has been made with your order or an item has been damaged during delivery.  In these instances we may need to replace or refund all or part of your order and we ask you contact of customer service team via email at hellow@sweetzy.co.uk in the first instance to see if we are able to help you or offer an alternative but for general guidance on our returns and refunds policy please see below. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it in.

Products which are found to be unsatisfactory will need to be returned in their original condition, we will provide a return postage label.  

We will supply a returns label if goods are found to be faulty, unsatisfactory, damaged or there has been a picking error which is our fault. A returns label will be emailed to you, so that you can be print it off and attach to the returns parcel.

For all other returns the customer is liable to cover any return cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  A  refund will then be issued within three working days. Please allow a further three to five working days for your refund to be processed by the payment processer.

Please Note: We are unable to offer any refunds or replacements without the goods being returned


Where there is an error with missing items from an order a partial refund would be given.  This would include any picking or packing errors where  items are missing  from your order.   The refund will only be given against the missing items and not the whole order.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used when placing the order.

We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged or an incorrect order has been sent.

All orders can be cancelled if they have not started to be processed or sent out via our selected carrier

Yes, at checkout there is a ‘special notes’ section – anything written here will be printed on the delivery note so if you wanted to leave a message for the recipient it will be printed on the bottom of the delivery note.

We do our best to get all orders out complete but due to human error we do have mistakes. If your missing items total £4 or over we will re-send these but if the missing items are below £4 we will refund.

If all sweet choices are not in your pouch this would be due to running out of stock on occasions and in this occasion we would add more of the other sweets chosen.

No, all orders are sent with no prices just a delivery note with details of what is inside the parcel.

Yes – absolutely you can! Just select the filling you want as many times to fill the required size pouch

We recommend consuming the fudge within 10 days of delivery for the best taste. Please store in a cool and dry place

In the summer months you would be ordering chocolate items at your own risk as we have no control over how cool they keep in transit.
