Pick 'n' Mix
FAQ's
Where can I find ingredients?
We have a full list of all ingredients in each sweet on our
website: https://sweetzy.co.uk/picknmix-ingredients/
How long will my sweets last?
Every sweet has a best-before date. If this bag is kept sealed, the contents can last up to approximately one year at maximum freshness. For the best taste and quality, we recommend consuming the sweets within four weeks of opening.
Where do i store my sweets?
We recommend that you keep your sweets in an airtight pouch or container in a cool and dry place for maximum freshness.
Do you accept discount codes?
Discount codes are valid on these Pick ‘n’ Mix products. Please note, codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Once you’ve customised your Pick ‘n’ Mix, make sure your code has been successfully applied at checkout. If it hasn’t, double-check that the code is valid for the items in your basket.
If you’re still having issues, please contact support@sweetzy.co.uk with a screenshot of your basket and the offer you’re trying to use.
