Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Sweetzy Letter Box Subscription Service at any time. 

To cancel:

• Log into your Sweetzy account

• Click account

• Click subscriptions

• You will be able to cancel any active subscriptions from there

• It may take a few days for the cancellation to go through, but it will show as a pending cancellation which means it’s processing 

Payments for the Sweetzy Letter Box Subscription Service are processed automatically each month on the same day that the subscription was originally purchased. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th of the month, subsequent payments will also be taken on the 10th of each following month, this will continue until you cancel your subscription.

Orders will be shipped according to our standard dispatch times, based on the date your original subscription was placed. 

If you would like to receive shipping notifications:

• Log into your Sweetzy Account 

• Select Account Details

• Tick the box next to receive order updates.

To be eligible for our monthly prize giveaway, you must have an active subscription and must have been a subscriber for at least 30 days. If you cancel your subscription, or put it on hold, before the 30-day period or before the monthly prize draw, you will not be eligible to participate in the giveaway.

If you cancel your subscription after a payment has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Contents of Subscription Box

Each month, you will receive two x 250g pouches of exclusive Sweetzy mixes. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for mixes that cater to specific dietary requirements such as allergen-free, halal, vegan, or vegetarian options. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for the current month’s subscription due to personal preferences or dislike of the mixes received.

Giveaway Rules

Each month, a prize draw will take place for our subscription members.

To be eligible, you must have an active subscription and have been subscribed for at least 30 days. If you cancel your subscription or put it on hold, you won’t be eligible for the giveaway.

You must live within the U.K. and be over the age of 18.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, traded, or substituted for cash or any other items. No requests for changes or modifications to the prize will be accepted.

Winners must claim their prize within seven days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with prize acceptance and use.

Sweetzy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sweetzy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who is otherwise in violation of these rules.

Sweetzy reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Sweetzy is not responsible for any issues that may arise after the prize has been shipped, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the winner, damage during transit, or lost/stolen packages. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

The winner will be announced via our Instagram stories. If you win, our team will reach out to you via the email address you provided when signing up to the subscription.
