Two orders, one for chewy fruit sweets, the other for a huge box of fudge for my wife. First off - superb value for the fudge, box was huge and tasted fantastic. Chewy sweets great too, but the fudge was stunning! Usually discount codes on the website as well

Fantastic company! We've been using sweetzy regularly since 2021 at least and I cannot fault them at all. We order regularly to keep our sweet cupboard topped up and everything we've tried has been great. There's plenty of choice with a huge range of sweets for all tastes and some absolutely fantastic deals and bundle offers to suit all needs and budgets. Our orders always arrive quickly and are well packaged. I can't comment on customer service as we haven't ever had a problem or need to contact them but I wouldn't be concerned if we ever had to.
We wouldn't ever go anywhere else for our sweets and I'm forever telling people about this site!

My self and my children love sweetzy , my boys are ASD & ADHD so it’s hard to find them treats they really like so them being able to pick their own is fantastic.

I've ordered twice from here at the request of my kid and don't think I will again.
It's ok, nothing more. The quality of the fudge was pretty poor for the price. It tasted mass produced, you can buy better for cheaper in the supermarket. For the pic n mix, you can get the same quality at the same price or cheaper from amazon with next day delivery guaranteed. To pay £4 for delivery that took 8 days is really poor.
I would suggest Sweetzy be better off spending money on their supply chain structure and customer support as opposed to heavily advertising themselves on social media.

long delivery time (2 weeks) and struggled to get any communication regarding it. sent emails and tried instgram messanger who did reply, but only to tell me to send an email......

Company used to be really quick sending orders out, now it takes a week with first class postage to even send the parcel out the door. Wouldn't recommend if you need to get a present quickly

I like to consider myself a sweet connoisseur. Literally just received my 1st time order today only having ordered Monday. I had to open a bag straight away and was just blown away by the quality and taste. Million times better than the typical pick n mix sweets you buy from the shops. I went for the £20 mystery box and was amazed how much you get for such small cost. You have certainly found a new repeat customer in future and I’m already looking forward to making another order, but first I have a mountain of sweets to consume 😋

I hardly leave reviews but I had to come here because I ordered sweets and just received my delivery, I have never known sweets that tasted delicious and fresh. Honestly, I ordered two items, the peach rings and almond nougat and received a free mystery gift which I seriously love. The sweets are so yummy with beautiful flavours and I love the fragrance aswell. Thank you so much.

I thought it was an Instagram scam but was willing to give ut a go and What a fab company they are and fresh sweets. The offers are fantastic, the bags are jam packed and bring alot of my childhood memories back. Easy to use website with Fast shipping. Only downside is the packet seems to empty rather quickly along with my small waistline 🫣😂 totally recommend
